A: Your order will be delivered to you within 7-14 working days from the time we receive your order payment. Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), 1st Class Postal Service Mail, or Priority Postal Service Mail.

A: Our products carry a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement or refund.
